What
are the cancellation Policies?
Cancellation polices for both lessons and court
time are 48 hr advanced notice. Any cancellation
after 48 hr period is non refundable. Cancellation
after 48 Hours period is non refundable. Cancellations
made in advance will be issued a credit for court
time. |

How
do sign up for contract?
Each year in
spring RCTC has a lottery drawing for
winter and summer contract
times. After the lottery is completed,
individuals may sign up on a first, come
first serve basis. Please call pro shop

Do
I need to be a member to play Tennis?
No, Rock Creek
Tennis center is a public facility located
near by Carter Barron on National Park
Land. |

How
do I reserve a court?
You may call up
to seven days in advance and reserve
a court with a credit card.
We are no longer accepting spot – time
number. |

Are
racquets available for rent?
Yes. RCTC offers Wilson,
Fisher and Head tennis racquets for demos
and sales. |

Can
I bring my own coach to the facility?
NO, it is against RCTC and National Park services
policies to bring your own coach to the facility.
If a member of our staff observes this conduct, you
will be asked to leave the premises and your time
will not be refunded. |

Is
a ball machine available for rent?
Yes the ball machine will be available for rent
after April 15th for spring / summer season. |
